I’m Darian, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (and proud cat mom) with a passion for helping women navigate life’s twists and turns. My specialties include women’s and maternal mental health, life transitions, and relationships.
Growing up, I was always the friend everyone turned to for advice, and now I get to make that my life’s work. Therapy is personal for me—it’s about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, and supported. My approach is grounded in experience (both professional and personal) and a whole lot of heart.
When I’m not holding space for my clients, you’ll find me diving into a good book, catching up on crime and psychological thrillers, or cheering on my favorite sports teams. Let’s work together to uncover what’s holding you back and step into the best version of your YOU-nique self.
