+ Rugby enthusiast.
I played rugby for six years! After quite a few injuries it was time for me to retire but I still love the sport’s mix of strength and strategy.
+ Yes, I am a cat mom.
My two cats are my coworkers during virtual sessions. I can almost promise you they will make a guest appearance at some point!
+ Psychological thrillers shows, movies, books? Sign me up.
I’m obsessed with psychological thrillers and crime dramas and before you ask, YES I need to know if you have a recommendation. We don't gate-keep here!
+ Expert birria taco hunter.
I’m never NOT in the mood for tacos... specifically birria tacos. You bet I am always on the lookout for the best birria tacos.
My work as a therapist has been shaped by years of supporting people through some of the most overwhelming and transformative seasons of their lives.
I began my career in community mental health, working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Over time, I grew from intern to therapist, to clinical supervisor, and eventually to Clinical Director, gaining a deep understanding of both the clinical work and the bigger picture of what people need to truly feel supported.
I’ve also worked in higher levels of care treating eating disorders, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. These experiences showed me just how interconnected our mental health is with every part of our lives, our thoughts, our relationships, and how we see ourselves.
Today, I specialize in supporting women and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional and relational shifts that come with motherhood.
All of these experiences have shaped how I show up in the room: present, engaged, and focused on helping you move out of survival mode and into a way of living that feels more steady, connected, and like yourself again.
